Concept art I made for a possible job opportunity. Can't go into details 'bout the project but I had to be a lot more realistic than I usually am in my style. Quite a challenge, actually, but I am pleased with the result.
Started with a bit of stock photography for the tank, and then just painted on top of that...I'm guessing the pic is about 90-95% painting and 5-10% photo by now. ------------------------ Photoshop, stock photo, Wacom (god bless it!), and about 3 hours |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
